Question: When will my item be shipped?

Answer: All purchased items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after initial purchase. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your payment. Another email will be sent to you once we have shipped your order; we will include your tracking # in that email.

Please note that order shipments may be delayed due to local or public holidays. 

Question: Can I exchange my order for something else?

Answer: Please note that you can only exchange an order within 24 hours of your initial payment. The item must be of equal value. To exchange an order, please email info@ervineclothing.com.

Unfortunately there is no way for us to exchange an order that has already been shipped. 

Question: What are the payment options at ervineclothing.com?

Answer: To purchase online, you can use your debit card, credit card, or paypal. 

Please note that depending on where you live, you may have to pay some duty fees/taxes for your package.

Question: Why is my card payment failing?

Answer: Your card payment may fail because of the reasons below 

  • You have entered your ATM Pin 
  • Your card is not activated
  • Your bank does not support online transactions
  • Your card is expired 
  • Issues with your account in which case you would need to contact your bank



Question: Can I cancel my order?

Answer: Order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of order payment. Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.

Question: How do pre-orders work at ERVINE?

Answer: Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the official release date of the item (when it is in stock).

The main point of pre-orders is to reserve an item in your chosen size and to get it shipped the moment we get it in stock. We created this system because we usually sell out of our items before we do a full re-stock. 

When you pre-order an item your payment will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email reinstating all of our terms/release date of the item.

When the item is finally in stock, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

For pre-orders you can cancel or exchange an item (of equal value) as long as you email info@ervineclothing.com 48 hours before the official release date of the item. 

Question: Is my information safe here?

Answer: YES. We strictly maintain our customer confidentiality policy and do not share personal information with any other third party at any cost.
